Manraj Deooray
CEO
Brings 15+ years of experience across renewable energy infrastructure investing, with a focus on project development, principal investments, construction and operations. Work experience spanning leadership roles at top tier Independent Power Producers (IPPs) such as Canadian Solar and Lightsource BP. Has led origination, structuring, and execution on pan-European transactions, including the acquisition of development, ready-to-build and operational renewable infrastructure assets along with joint-ventures and co-development agreements.
Leads on the end-to-end execution of Boli’s business plan, with overall responsibility for fundraising, regulatory engagement, partnerships, strategy and the delivery of physical infrastructure. Acts as the primary external representative with investors, regulators and partners, aligning founder-led vision into the day-to-day operating of the business.
Riia Carnegie
Co-Founder
Brings 10 years of experience in scaling small businesses and F&B management, with deep understanding of customer needs and industry challenges.
Drives company vision, leads strategic planning and fundraising, manages external relationships, and oversees marketing strategies. Responsible for innovation, sustainability initiatives, brand management, and customer relations.
Enrique Lobo Cruz
Co-Founder
Brings 10 years of experience in business process, data science, and software requirements management and internationalization experience.
Directs technology development, including platform and App development, AD plant technology integration, Autonomous Vehicle (AV) systems, API development, and R&D efforts for future phases. Oversees development of workflow optimisation, and energy and fertiliser sales strategies.
Alex Tucker
Co-Founder
Brings over 20 years of experience in innovative infrastructure projects as a Design Director (ARB, RIBA).
Directs AD plant design and feasibility studies, leads infrastructure development, and builds business relationships for scaling. Overseeing the development of operations strategy, resource allocation, and partnerships for AD and AV technology implementation.
